Antonella Barba
Born in Santa Monica California, the United States of America on the 26th of November, 1986. She is the only daughter of Vincenzo Barba. When she was six, her family and moved to Point Pleasant New Jersey. She finished her high school studies within New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. Her education continued in Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. She began playing violin when she was four years old, and became known as Violin Girl. Her performances led to the use of her nickname. The children of her neighborhood were taught violin playing through her. She sang Free from 1976 in the auditions for the sixth season of American Idol when she was age 19. The singer was then removed from the show after achieving the 16th spot. She performed a number of songs including 'The Christmas song,' 2009 and 'Out for Blood' 2010 among others. In addition, she's appeared on some TV shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
